In December 2022, the Coswell Group adopted the Code of Ethics as an integral component of the Organization, Management and Control Model. The Code incorporates and updates the previous release of 2017.
The Code of Ethics sets out the ethical principles the Group conforms to in its relations with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, human resources, collaborators, the community, institutions and the environment. It outlines the set of ethical principles and conduct to which the Group directors, employees and collaborators conform while performing their functions and in all their professional activities.
In order to encourage the detection and prevention of potential irregularities or non-compliance with company policies, with a view to promoting a transparent and ethical working environment, the Coswell Group, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has set up additional channels for reporting violations of regulations that may occur within the company context.
We encourage the early identification of any areas of risk, with the aim of constantly improving corporate governance in the promotion of a culture of ethics and legality.
In 2024, Coswell Spa confirmed the maximum score of three stars for its legality rating.
The Legality Rating has promoted principles of ethical behaviour in Italian companies since 2012. The rating ensures compliance with the law and encourages appropriate care in business management. It is issued by AGCM-Authority Guarantor of Competition and the Market for a duration of two years.
